Mr. Londregan is a licensed real estate broker practicing commercial real estate in the state of Connecticut since 1989. He is the Managing Partner of Paramount Partners Connecticut and has served as the president and principal broker of Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group before affiliating the firm with Boston, Massachusetts based Paramount Partners in 2012. He is a principal in the commercial real estate development company, Cefalu, LLC, and is the organizer of the commercial real estate investment partnership known as Huntley & Halls, LLC.
Mr. Londregan’s clientele have consisted of several regional and national companies including: Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, McDonalds Corporation, Airborne Express, Blockbuster Video, Wendy’s International,Hampton Inn, Choice Hotels, Sandella’s Coffee Cafés, Rockwood Services Corporation, Bess Eaton Donut Flour Company, General Medical Corporation, Amarin Pharmaceutical Corporation, Allstate Insurance, Bobs Discount Furniture, Dunkin Donuts, and others. Mr. Londregan has completed transactions for the development of Mercedes Benz, Sheraton Hotels, CVS Pharmacy, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram, Brooks Pharmacy, Walgreen’s Pharmacy, Target, Lowes Home Improvement, Stop & Shop Gasoline, Applebee’s, Popeye’s Chicken and others.
As a real estate owner and developer, Mr. Londregan has completed and is currently involved with several projects including: development land in North Stonington, Old Lyme and Waterford, Latimer Brook Commons Professional Center in East Lyme, commercial properties in New London, Norwich and Old Saybrook, and several residential properties in New Jersey, Virginia and Connecticut.
Cefalu, LLC, is proposing to redevelop land in which it’s partners hold an interest in Norwich, CT for a pharmacy opposite WalMart and Big Y Supermarket. Cefalu also owns the property leased to Electrical Wholesalers in New London, CT.
Mr. Londregan’s Huntley & Halls, LLC owns and has bought and sold various properties in Old Lyme and in Old Saybrook, CT. The firm has recently received all approvals to develop a 14,600 square foot medical office complex for Lawrence Memorial Hospital, on a portion of the property it owns in Old Lyme, CT.
Mr. Londregan has spent over ten years in the hotel and restaurant industry. Mr. Londregan spent six years with Hilton Hotels Corporation in Parsippany, New Jersey, McLean, Virginia and Tarrytown, New York. He held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing; one of the youngest Directors of Sales at that time.
Mr. Londregan has served on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Sports Foundation Against Cancer and as the Auction Committee Chairman for the foundation. Mr. Londregan held the title of President of the YMCA of Southeastern Connecticut. Prior to stepping down in 2008, Mr. Londregan had been a Director on the Board of the YMCA for seventeen years. Mr. Londregan currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Shea Perpetual Trust Fund.
