Chris Butterfield joined Paramount Partners, LLC as the Marketing Manager in July of 2009. Chris is responsible for the production and design of aerials, maps, presentation materials and the company brand. Chris has 10 years experience applying geographic information systems technology and spatial analytical tools in marketing, strategic analysis, and/or network planning in retail.

Prior to joining Paramount Partners, Mr. Butterfield worked for Edens & Avant as the Marketing Regional Coordinator for their Boston office. He was responsible for the marketing needs of over 34 retail shopping centers in New England.
 
Mr. Butterfield started his career with Petsmart Corporate Real Estate as a Site Location Analyst. At Petsmart, Chris performed site location analysis for new store development working with proforma’s and cannibalization estimates. Chris worked in close partnership with the executive-level team to steer market densification, a key strategic priorities.

Mr. Butterfield is a graduate of Bridgewater State College earning a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Geography. He is a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts and an active member of the ICSC. Chris, his wife Kimberly and son Christian reside in Taunton, MA.
