Danny McLean has been in the Real Estate business for 30 years. Previously with The Dartmouth Company for 12 years, Danny specialized in the acquisition and disposition of retail land for such tenants as Shaw’s Supermarkets, Pets Supply Plus, Lappen’s Discount Auto Parts, Exxon Mobil and Direct Tire.

Danny’s resume includes, former Managing Director of RAS Management where he was involved in completing a $ 100,000,000 acquisition of a portfolio of retail centers, office and industrial buildings and apartment complexes throughout the east coast. Prior to RAS, Danny was Vice President of the the Krupp Companies where he completed $ 250,000,000 in the sale of apartment complexes throughout the country.

At Paramount Partners, Danny works with landlords seeking retail tenants, and national retailers entering New England through the acquisition of land for their own use. He is also involved in seeking quality shopping centers for acquisition by landlords seeking to expand their portfolios.
