Doug DiBona, Principal of Paramount Property Management, has over 25 years of professional experience and has acquired strategic management skills and strong customer relations through his diverse employment background. After serving his apprenticeship with RSK Mechanical in 1988, he began working for DiBona Plumbing & Heating Company.

In 1995, his business opportunities grew as he focused on both Residential and Commercial work. In 1999, he became a MA licensed builder and construction supervisor, providing General Contracting Services where his projects ranged from $500 to $2 million. In 2007, he started his own Property Management company, which gave him the opportunity to create the business he always envisioned.
