Main Street Consulting, LLC founded by Judith Terrio in January 2005 specializes in Real Estate Location Research, Strategic Planning and Market Research.   With a keen sense of site evaluation, MSC has vast experience in the supermarket industry and a sound understanding of drugstores, supermarkets, general merchants and specialty food operators.  

During her 21year tenure with a large, prominent northeast retailer, Ms. Terrio worked in the drugstore division, assisted their discount department store division and headed the Supermarket Real Estate Research Department for 13 years.   During this time, she developed particular expertise dealing with mergers and acquisitions, making sound recommendations worthy of governmental scrutiny.

MSC has adapted in an evolving real estate industry while being called upon to anticipate future trends and market changes.   Versatility and continual education is essential in today’s fast-paced, dynamic retail market.
