Richard Pilla is a founding Member of Paramount Partners, LLC and Director of its Retail Team. Mr. Pilla is also a member of Retail Brokers Network’s (RBN) Executive Committee and Co-Chairman of RBN’s Financial Institutions Specialty Council. He is active with the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a member of its Alliance Program Committee.

Mr. Pilla’s areas of expertise include tenant representation and site selection, property assemblage, landlord representation; single-tenant investment sales, and development consulting. Mr. Pilla has completed transactions in a multitude of venues from urban storefronts to regional power centers.

He has successfully completed numerous assignments for regional and national companies as well as entrepreneurial investors and developers. Mr. Pilla has a Master of Science Degree from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Campaign) and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst). He resides with his wife Lisa in Walpole.
