Prior to joining Paramount Partners, Mr. Powers was formerly with Newmark Knight Frank's Boston office as a senior managing director. Preceding Newmark, Mr. Powers was a principal at The Codman Company and was also formerly a senior director with Cushman & Wakefield. He has over 20 years of office and industrial brokerage experience and has been recognized by The Greater Boston Real Estate Board with Distinguished Achievement in Leasing and Sales.

Mr. Powers has leased or sold over 15 million square feet in Boston's South Shore. His clients range from small technology and service companies to Fortune 500 corporations. He has also worked with local and national developers and property owners, both private and institutional.

EDUCATION
Mr. Powers is a graduate of Merrimack College. He raises funds for diabetes research and resides with his family in Milton, Massachusetts.
