Thomas Weitbrecht is is a licensed auctioneer in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine and Vermont and is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts. His professional experience includes 18 years of executive level experience in the construction, manufacturing, auction and appraisal industries.

As Vice President of a regional real estate auction firm, he conducted hundreds of successful real estate auctions throughout New England. An active member of the auction community, he has served as Secretary and Vice-President of the Massachusetts Auctioneers Association and has competed in several bid calling competitions including the highly coveted International Auctioneers Championship.

Mr. Weitbrecht is a veteran auction and appraisal professional. At auction, he's sold everything from automobiles and antiques, to large parcels of land and commercial property. He regularly conducts benefit fundraising auctions and has raised millions of dollars for non-profit organizations throughout the northeast. Mr. Weitbrecht is a USPAP accredited personal property appraiser and regularly utilizes his expertise in asset valuations for attorneys, banks, corporations and insurance companies.

Tom and his wife Janice live in Braintree with their son Justin and daughter Kate. The Weitbrechts are actively involved with several civil and business organizations including the Braintree Business Council, Braintree 4th of July Committee, Friends of The Thayer Public Library, Make a Difference Day and others. Weitbrecht is the Chair of Public Relations for the Braintree Business Council.

His professional affiliations include the National Auctioneers Association, Massachusetts Auctioneers Association, Turnaround Management Association, National Association of Professional Appraisers and the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.
