Vincent Albanese is a principal and managing member of Paramount Partners, LLC. Mr. Albanese has been a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker for over twenty-three years, specializing in commercial real estate services. For the past eighteen years, Mr. Albanese has focused his efforts in Norfolk and Plymouth Counties south of Boston.

Mr. Albanese's primary area of specialization is owner and tenant representation for the sale and lease of retail, office, medical and industrial/warehouse properties primarily in the Boston Metro-South area. He is recognized as one of this region's experts which has earned him many assignments and accounts with local, regional and national companies.

Prior to forming Paramount Partners, LLC, Mr. Albanese was the owner of Fidelity Partners of Hanover, Massachusetts, and a Broker/Associate with the Dartmouth Company in Boston, MA. Mr. Albanese is the past Chairman of the Hanover/Norwell Business Council, an active member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Hanover Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Albanese recently sold 884 Washington Street, a 10,000 SF office building in Weymouth, MA; The Hingham Boatyard and Marina; 40 Reservoir Park Drive, a 25,000 square foot industrial/R&D property located in Rockland, MA; 9.5 acres of industrial land located in Hingham and Rockland, MA; a bank branch located at 5 Assinippi Ave. in Norwell, MA; 10 Caliper Road, Whitman, MA, a 20,000 SF industrial building; and 1075 Washington Street, a 30,000 SF retail building located in Hanover, MA

Recent “Tenant Representation” assignments include Porter & Chester Institute, a 55,000 SF trade school lease in Canton, MA; and  Baystate Wine Company, Inc., a 35,000 SF warehouse lease in Avon, MA.

“Landlord Representation” lease transactions include Town Fair Tire in Hanover, MA; Cardi’s Furniture Mattress Store in Hanover, MA,  14,000 SF of office space at 639 Granite Street, Braintree, MA; 12,000 SF at 236 Wood Road to Bin Ends and Next Day Moulding; South Shore Savings Bank in Norwell, MA; and Rent-A Center and Sally Beauty Supply at Shaw’s Plaza, Weymouth, MA.

Mr. Albanese resides with his wife Ruth and their 3 children in So. Weymouth, MA.
