Matthew Giokas is a Senior Associate at Paramount Partners, and specializes in retail real estate representing national and regional chain restaurants and retailers, financial institutions and property owners.

Mr. Giokas has successfully completed market analyses and regional rollout strategies for financial institutions and retailers entering and expanding into the market, along with the subsequent implementation and brokerage of their lease and sale transactions.  He has represented property owners in an array of assignments including project leasing, repositioning, pre-leasing, dispositions and acquisitions.

Mr. Giokas is a graduate of Boston University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Finance and Marketing.  He is a member of ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities), and Retail Brokers Network. He resides with his family in Nashua, NH.
