SCITUATE, MA – Walter Steinkrauss of Paramount Partners recently sold 2 acres of commercial land with commercial building for $1.60 million. Walter Steinkrauss represented the seller, the Estate of Joseph Tibbetts, and procured the buyer, Petrol Realty Corp, in this transaction.
The property, located at 48-52 New Driftway in Scituate, MA, was purchased for the development of a new gas station with 4,000 SF convenience store and an additional 1,000 SF of retail. The development was supported by all abutters and approved by the Town. Scituate’s New Driftway section is now the new focus for mixed-use projects within walking distance to the Greenbush T Station.
