Walter Steinkrauss represented the seller, Dennis Development, LLC, and procured the buyer, VS Great Western Land Holdings, LLC, in this transaction.
The property, located at 130 Great West Road in Dennis, MA was sold for a 10-acre 2 Meg DC ground mount solar development, which was positively supported by neighbors, Town officials, and unanimously approved by the Cape Cod Commission.
